Middletown’s Home for Strength, Community & Results

FOUNDED IN 1977

Powerstation Gym started in a small garage where police officers could train for free. Over the years, it grew along with the community, moving to bigger locations in Middletown and adding more equipment to meet members’ needs. Today, it’s a full gym where beginners, experienced lifters, and anyone in between can improve at their own pace. We don’t do gimmicks or empty space — every piece of equipment and every corner exists to help you get stronger, fitter, and healthier, all while being part of a supportive, hard-working community.

WHAT YOU’LL FIND HERE

Every inch of Powerstation is built for real training. You won’t see empty corners or machines just for show — everything in this gym exists for a reason. Inside, you’ll find:

  • Multiple racks, bars, and plates that actually get used every day. From standard barbells and dumbbells to specialty bars and heavy-duty racks, everything is built to handle real training.

  • Whether you’re doing bodyweight circuits, kettlebell workouts, or sled pushes, our functional training areas give you the room and equipment to build strength and improve performance.

  • A dedicated cardio room houses treadmills, stationary bikes, ellipticals, and stair climbers for focused workouts, while additional machines are available throughout the main gym so you can warm up, cool down, or fit in conditioning between lifts.

  • Men’s & women’s sauna, steam room, and cold plunge. Our recovery amenities help your body recover faster, reduce soreness, and keep you coming back stronger.

  • Protein shakes, pre-workout, energy drinks, protein bars, and supplements. We make it easy to fuel your workouts and recovery without leaving the gym. Grab a shake or snack on the way in or out — everything is there to support your goals.
